Individual Coaching – work 1-1 with Matt to address a need, accomplish a goal, or maintain focus and accountability. Initial discovery session is free. Prices start at $135/hr.

Career Coaching – work with Matt to jump start your job search/career plan. A variety of packages are available ranging from a $50 Resume Review to an Ultimate Package for $500 that includes interview preparation and search strategy development. Click on Career Coaching for a detailed breakdown.

Executive Coaching – work with Matt to improve your overall leadership capability and quality and drive better results in your business. Prices start at $750 per month.

Team Coaching – Matt works with your team to improve your communication and effectiveness. Process includes individual and team assessments, group sessions, and individual follow up. Pricing varies based on number of participants.

Assessments – Matt can provide a variety of assessments to help you gain insight into your personal communication styles and preferences and how those affect your leadership and interactions with others. Cost is $75 per assessment.

Facilitation – Matt can provide facilitation support for your next planning process, company retreat, or team meeting. Pricing varies, but starts at $500 for a half day session.

Strategic HR Consultation – Matt can provide strategic HR consulting in all aspects of the employee experience for your business including talent strategy, employee engagement and culture, leadership development, and HR processes. Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $135. Project pricing is also available. Matt also provides a Strategic Talent Processes Organization Assessment for a set fee.
